While Xavier and I were still in corporate America, we co-founded Bakery-X. What began as his dream became a family movement. After 25+ years of leading teams and shaping culture, I stepped away from corporate life and poured those skills into growing the business with intention.

Today, Bakery-X is expanding into our second location right here in the same Land O’ Lakes plaza—and it remains a true family affair. I run the business alongside my sister-in-law, Laura, our Director of Culinary Experience & Innovation, and a visionary who placed 2nd in Florida for Best Baguette. We’ve always built from the heart.

But Babe… this one is mine.

Born from alignment, intention, and divine timing, Babe is my spin-off—the place where all my worlds meet.

By day, it’s an elevated escape for bold coffee and brunch that invites you to slow down in all the right ways.
